And you have 30 days from the time your order was delivered to send it back.

DROP OFF POINTS

Request your return on
www.spree.co.za/returns and select a convenient drop off point.

Please return your items, with the labels attached, in the original packaging in which your order was delivered. Alternatively, place the items inside a clean plastic bag and seal securely.

Attach the barcode that can be found on your delivery note, in the return confirmation email or in the returns section in your Spree account to the outside of your parcel.

Make sure the returns bar code is clearly visible.

Then drop off your parcel during the drop off point operating hours. Ensure that the clerk scans your parcel’s returns barcode in your presence, when dropping it off.

This is essential for Spree to be able to process your refund.



COLLECTED BY COURIER

If a courier delivered your order to your door you may request a collection via the same method on www.spree.co.za/returns.

Please return your items, with the labels attached, in the original packaging in which your order was delivered. Alternatively, place the items inside a clean plastic bag and seal securely. Our courier partner will collect the parcel from the address you provided.


VIA POST OFFICE

If your parcel was delivered to you via the post office, you can post your return back to Spree. Please note only counter to counter shipping will be reimbursed and we do not reimburse insurance paid. Request your return on www.spree.co.za/returns.

Send a copy of the waybill / receipt to support@spree.co.za along with your banking details, in order for us to refund you for the cost of the postage of the return.
