Operations at our Johannesburg warehouse were severely disrupted by a staffing situation recently. This lead to many of our customers having to wait an unacceptable number of days to receive their parcels. If you are one of the affected customers, we’re sorry.
Our warehouse staff put a big dent in the delivery backlog this past long weekend and the last late orders will go out in the next few days.
